Here’s what to do if you’re experiencing any problems using our discount/promotional codes and vouchers.
Promotional Discount / Voucher Codes
- Our voucher codes are case sensitive so please ensure that the codes are being copied EXACTLY as they are seen.
- Voucher codes often have some conditions, for example a minimum spend or products only from a certain category. Please make sure your order meets these conditions.
- If your voucher code won’t apply to the order please try placing your order using a different browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer etc) or device (desktop, tablet, laptop, phone etc).
- Check the expiry date on the Voucher code, these can be normally be found on the email the voucher code came from.
- Discount codes exclude some brands including Juwel and Pontec (these brands are subject to change).
Price Match Vouchers
- Price Match vouchers must be applied at checkout stage and not within the my cart section –
- Unfortunately price match vouchers can’t be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher code.
If you have checked all of the above and are still experiencing an issue, then please contact our customer services team immediately using the form below stating the date and time that you have tried to place the order and the issues you are experiencing. One of our customer services team will contact you at the next earliest opportunity to discuss the issue and place the order.
